Street Sparks is a free, family-friendly outdoor event that invites Edmontonians of all ages and abilities to explore electric bikes and scooters in a safe, fun, and welcoming space. Whether you’re curious about trying your first e-ride or already commuting like a pro, this is your chance to roll up, learn something new, and celebrate the future of getting around.

What’s Happening:

🛴 Test Track
Nervous about your first e-scooter spin? Curious about e-bike balance? Try before you ride in our safe, enclosed test track with support from Bird, Lime, and Neuron.

🔧 Hands-On Workshops:
Learn the ins and outs of e-ride safety, secure parking, route planning, and basic maintenance. Special sessions available for women and gender-diverse participants.

🧭 Guided Pathway Tours:
Hop on a shared e-bike and join a group ride led by local experts. Explore Edmonton’s growing network of shared-use paths and get tips for confident commuting.

🎉 Block Party Vibes:
We’re talking food trucks, live local music, a Kid Zone with energy to spare, and an exhibitor showcase with vendors, repair pros, and community orgs.
