Our Organization
The Council for Advancement of African Canadians in Alberta (CAAC), operating as Africa Centre, is the largest pan-African charitable organization in western Canada. The organization serves as a hub to provide programs and services to diverse communities and demographics in Alberta. Africa Centre’s mandate is to create opportunities for full access and participation in all aspects of society including economic, social, cultural, and educational endeavours. In addition, we strive to contribute to the holistic development and wellness of individuals, families, and communities.
