๐ฅ Limited to 40 men only
This Black History Month, the TRIF Park and Walk Program invites 40 men into a powerful, intentional space to explore what it really means to carry responsibility, expectation, pressureโand still lead from within.
Carrying It All is a conversation about mental health, emotional resilience, identity, and internal leadershipโrooted in Black history, lived experience, and the realities of men today.
This is not therapy.
This is not a lecture.
Itโs honest dialogue, practical tools, and brotherhood.
