Community Health Fair

Come join us at the Clareview Community Recreation Centre April 26, 2025 1:30 – 5:30 p.m. for a day filled with health education, resources, and empowerment! Explore booths offering information on nutrition, mental health, chronic disease management, fitness, and more. Participate in an interactive dermatology clinic where you can learn more about common skin conditions and dermatological care. Engage with organizations and health providers to learn more about health and technology. Resources, learning materials will be provided to participants, including diabetic supplies from Dexcom Canada.

Free food is provided to all participants and there will be activities available for all members of the family. Let’s come together to prioritize our community’s health and wellness. See you there!

Please note that this fair provides general health information only. For specific medical conditions or medical advice individuals must see their primary care provider/specialist provider. Providers at this fair will not be conducting medical assessments.
