The Voice on the Canvas

This exhibition is the result of over 15 young Black artists working together to create two large canvases. Each artist contributed their own brushstroke to depict personal stories of cultural pride and resilience. (Showcasing over 40 paintings). Together, these intertwined histories form a powerful visual narrative, showing how Black experiences and contributions weave into the larger Canadian story. As we showcase these pieces for Black History Month, we invite you to witness not just art, but a collective expression of identity, strength, and unity in action.
